Conditions of participation
This raffle is organized by Borealis GmbH, Trabrennstraße 6-8, 1020 Vienna, Austria. Participants must be at legal age and provide the data needed to participate in the raffle. Borealis reserves the right to exclude non-business-related participants. For participating in the raffle a participant needs to provide the required contact information and submit a reply to the quiz. Eligible to the prize are only participants who submit at least 3 out of 6 correct answers. The winners will be randomly selected from the group if eligible participants and will be informed in writing. Employees of Borealis are excluded from participation.

The claim to the prize cannot be transferred. Cash payment in lieu of the prize as well as legal recourse are expressly excluded.

The controller in context of this raffle is Borealis GmbH. Participating in the raffle is voluntary. When you participate in the raffle Borealis GmbH will collect contact data and employment data (full name, professional e-mail address, company affiliation / employer) as well as your responses to the quiz. This data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the raffle, based on the legal ground of performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Furthermore, we request you provide your consent for sending you marketing materials to the e-mail address you provide for participating in the raffle (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
